The shipping fee you see on each listing is the fee for UK mainland only. Excludes highlands of Scotland, Inverness Offshore Islands, Channel Islands and any remote postcodes .We also deliver to all the other areas of the UK and worldwide but may incur an extra charge. Please contact us if you would like one of our items but are not from the UK mainland 0121 557 6817.
IMPORTANT: Regarding postage, unfortunately the term ‘United Kingdom’ does not cover all UK postcodes. A SURCHARGE ON POSTAGE WILL APPLY FOR THE FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS
Scottish Highlands (including postcodes beginning AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE )
Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles.
All shipping fees are listed individually for each item on each listing, and are not discounted under any circumstances unless postage discounts are in place. If you leave any negative feedback with regards to the carriage costs after receiving the goods then please be prepared for legal proceedings.
Please note under no circumstances do we pay the return carriage for any products. Please note all items returned that are sent out postage free will require a postage charge deduction.
Payments
We accept all credit / debit card payments. All payments are authorised using online security with the necessary fraud prevention tools. We also accept PayPal payments only if you are the UK mainland only and your account and address is verified and confirmed, if you still decide to buy this item and pay by paypal and your account is not verified and confirmed or you are not in the UK mainland, your item will not be dispatched and you will have to take it up with paypal and get your money back from them , this is a very long process so please avoid doing this.
All cheques , postal orders, bankers drafts with a copy of relevant listing / item number / eBay user id (if you have one) / vehicle details (see FAQ) should be sent to :

FAQ
If there is any item which we do not list on eBay please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. Due to the fact that there are thousands of parts we cannot list all of them.
Refunds granted on products supplied with a copy of the original invoice in a re-saleable condition and returned within a seven day period (such date being applicable from the time of delivery). Correctly supplied / listed items returned will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Carriage costs are non-refundable. Electronic items such as coil packs and other ignition products are non-refundable without exception.
You are also advised that any products ordered incorrectly by the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility.
Warranty
All our parts are brand new and come with manufacturers warranty
All of our parts come with a full 1 Year Warranty unless an even longer warranty is noted!
If you believe you have a defective or wrong part, please contact us and use the email subject 'Warranty Issue' so that we may get you out a replacement. It is our policy to replace ALL defective or wrong parts. Returning defective or wrong parts WILL BE treated as a standard return and subject to a restocking fee until a decision is made on defective parts. No exceptions
Returning any installed parts will result in no refund. No Exceptions. We will arrange to get you a replacement part if the part fails after installation. We apologize for this policy but it helps ensure fast resolution to warranty issues.
When returning parts please be sure to include some contact numbers and emails because our techs will contact you with troubleshooting tips or to arrange replacement. All faulty returns will be subject to manufacturers warranty check before credit. All faulty part returns must include: Name; Address; Vehicle reg and details; fitting date; removal date; mileage used; original purchase date; part details; description of fault. A warranty claim form is available at request. |
