The award winning Matrix Cup lie-flat car seat provides simplicity and practicality to give you the advantages of a carrycot, yet converts effortlessly into a car seat.

The Matrix recognises the fact that newborn babies should ideally lie completely flat as recommended by health officials. This facilitates newborn respiration, nurtures the abdomen and aids spinal development. As your baby gets heavier the Matrix can be used rearward facing in the sitting up position.

The Matrix can be added to any of Janes pro chassis to form a travel system. The back rest can be easily adjusted on the chassis to 4 different positions.

As a Group 0 carseat the Matrix will lie flat in the rear of your car across two seats using 2 three-point seatbelts or 1 three point seatbelt and a central lap belt.

As a group 0+ carseat the Matrix will be placed in the upright position rear facing taking up one seat.

The Matrix Cup has been approved in accordance with the Lastest European Safety Standard ECE R44/04 in both rearward facing sitting-up position and the lying flat position. It also passes NCAP in the sitting-up position.
