Return policy
All the items have been tested before shipping, and we provide 14 days exchange service from shipping date to against defective merchandise. The exchange service covers repairs or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.

The exchange service does not cover installation or damage from accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, fair wear, tear and incorrected operating the unit against the instructions.

All manuals, cables, diskettes, and accessories originally shipped must be included with the product and in perfect condition. Otherwise, the replacement will be refused.
