Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage.

A receipt is obtained for all items and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.
Feedback: We do hope you leave feedback for us, but for those who prefer to stay anonymous, we will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us.
Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with parcelforce, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
Faulty Items: All products are individually inspected and testedbefore being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 3 days of receipt in its original condition, with box and All accessories . Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
