Payment needs to be received within 7 business days after the auction end. Otherwise a negative feedback will be posted on Ebay and the item will be re-listed.

We only send to confirmed Paypal addresses, and reserve the right to cancel the order if you pay with an unconfirmed account.

Items are typically sent out same day if payment is received before 2:30pm, excluding Saturdays & Sundays via Royal Mail 1st Class unless otherwise stated.

If Courier is the postage option, they will be sent by Parcel2Go

Our shipping & handling rates include the expense of shipping, handling and high quality packaging.

Free collection is available from our High Street Shop in Chatham, Kent, but must be paid by card or cash on collection.

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses, and if the item is returned to us, it is down to the buyer to re-pay for delivery.

Extra postal insurance is offered on all items

In the event of your package not arriving, please contact us before filing any reports with eBay or Paypal or leaving negative feedback, as we can often resolve these before they escalate further.  We cannot however, replace or refund a missing item until after 21 days of despatch, as it isn't possible for us to trace the package before this time.

If there is a problem with your purchase, please email or call us before making a claim, as these problems can often be resolved quickly.

We cannot replace or refund any item that is purchased in error.

We give a 30 day Warranty on all items (unless stated as faulty).  After this period, we cannot be held responsible for any faults.  This does not include consumeables, such as batteries.
