For faulty items:- I will cover postage to send back, and give a full refund on receipt of the item. I ask if sending back for you to obtain a proof of postage, as in the unlikely event of the item going missing in the post this can be used. A full refund will be given on receipt of the item, and the fault being checked and logged.
For unwanted items:- I ask if sending back for you to obtain a proof of postage, as in the unlikely event of the item going missing in the post this can be used. A product refund will be given on receipt of the item being in brand new unused condition. Please note if the item is unwanted i cannot refund postage costs as I will have already been charged these carriage costs.
Upon return of unwanted/faulty items i ask buyers to complete the mutual agreement form on ebay that will be sent to them so that some of the ebay fees incurred by myself in the transaction can be returned. |
