Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you . We try to use environmentally friendly packaging where ever possible and all our boxes are made from recycled cardboard. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs as we are a business we have to charge VAT on our postage, this is included in our postage price. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. 
We use 2 postal companies, The Royal Mail for small packages up to 5kg and DHL for those over 5kg.
It is possible to combine several purchases together for one postal charge of £5.99 (subject to terms & conditions).
1. Free postage on second and further items offer applies to the UK mainland only, excluding the Highlands.
2. This service can be possible to Offshore/Highlands but is not guaranteed. Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm the postage costs. This is for postcodes IV, HS, KA 27-28, KW, PA 20-49, PA 60-78, PH 17-26, PH 30-44, PH 49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR 21-25, GY & JE.
3. If an item is deemed too bulky or heavy it will be excluded from the offer and stated in the listing.
4. Total weight of all items must exceed 1.25kg
Please supply an address where a signature can be obtained. We take your Ebay Address not your paypal address please make sure that the address is correct as we will not be held responsible for insufficient address.
For items purchased over 5kg we will inform you when your parcel leaves our warehouse via DHL with a tracking number (ident code) and internet details (http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/).
DHL will deliver within 48 hours of the parcel leaving our warehouse. It is now your responsibility so please track your parcel. If DHL are unsuccessful on their 1st visit to the address they will leave a card regarding their visit. It is important that you contact the local office or the number on the card to rearrange delivery or collection from their office. Failing to do so will inevitably lead to the parcel being returned to us and you will incur a second postage postal charge if we are to redeliver. If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the 3rd day please contact DHL.
We will be happy to assist you should you incur any other problems.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque & Postal Orders. Card or PayPal is the quickest as your order is processed the same day as payment. Cheques could take anything from 7 to 10 days to clear. 
Successful auction bids must be made paid within 7 days.
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.
We now offer direct payment via credit card or debit card over the phone.

UK Law prevails in any transaction or disputed transaction.
Unless agreed at the time, items are not supplied on sale or return, however this does not affect purchasers normal rights under UK law. All transactions are subject to our terms & conditions of trade. Title to the goods mentioned does not pass to any other party, and all goods remain the property of the company until payment is received in full.

Returns

Refunds are given up to 14 days after purchase. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us, we will also refund the postage cost.
Once the item has returned to us and had its IMEI number checked and the item tested, . Faulty goods will be replaced subject to availability. 
Unwanted goods and items found to be working when told they are broken, will be refunded but postage will not be paid and a 20% restocking charge will apply.
