A full refund will be offered to all returned goods , excluding the original postage costs (unless the item is faulty, excluding USB connection issues) . Returns

Steps for requesting a refund:
Return the merchandise within 30 day time frame, any item sent and stamped at the post after 30-day period will be refused;
