No returns or warranty with this item. It is sold as seen for spares / repair. THIS ITEM IS SOLD AS UNTESTED DAMAGED / FAULTY CAMERA NO RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS, NO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS EXPECTED.
All cameras are sold as unit only and unless stated in the Accessories/Components table above do not come with any boxes, leads, manuals or batteries. This item is sold as untested and faulty, no refund, returns or replacements.
UNLESS STATED cameras are not checked or tested past powering up. Unknown if parts will be included or work.
Stickers, residue, tape, paint and pen markings may not be noted in this listing.
Minor damage or cracks may not be noted in this listing.
We only undertake a brief external inspection of the unit. We are not liable for any damage or issues which would not be reasonably evident in a brief external inspection.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Payment needs to be received within 5 days of winning, regardless of bidding on other items. This applies to all and there are no exceptions. If payment is not received within 5 days of winning the buyer loses entitlement to postage discount and an unpaid item dispute will be opened. Once the dispute is opened, once we can claim our Final Value Fee back, items will be relisted and strikes sent immediately.

We are happy to accept Paypal as the preferred method of payment. We DO NOT accept personal cheques or any form of Bank Transfer etc, so please do not ask, and please do not bid if you cannot pay by any of the methods listed above.

Return policy

Return policy details: We accept returns up to 7 days from receipt of the item. In the unlikely event the item reaches you broken and damaged (unless it is stated UNTESTED) we will require you to return the item back to us for testing (you are responsible for return shipping and obtaining proof of delivery).
Once tested you will be refunded for the item or sent a replacement depending on stock.
Warranty does not cover goods lost or damaged in transit, if an item has obviously been damaged in the post we will refund you once we have received a refund from Royal Mail or City Link, this is non negotiable. We obtain proof of purchase on all our deliveries.
Working items that are unwanted due to a buyer's mistake are not entitled to a refund or exchange.
Any item found to be broken or damaged by the buyer will be returned to the buyer and voids any warranty. We mark all of our items, record serial numbers or take detailed photos of our items for records.

Re-delivery (where item has been returned to us following failed delivery) is charged at £4.50. This is non-negotiable. It is your responsibility to make sure the address on your E-Bay account is correct, prior to purchase.

We charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the item final price in the event that items are returned through no fault of our own (ie failed deliveries which are no longer wanted or purchases made in error etc).
