• We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and direct bank deposit via Paypal.
• Payment must be paid within 7 days.

• Warranty shall be given for 1 year upon payment date. Only Cameras, Camcorders, Lens and Flashes will be covered by warranty.
• The warranty only covers manufacturer defects, and not user wear and tear or damage.
• Citiwide shall only be liable for the cost of repairing the unit or refunding the unit value.

• ONLY defective items which caused by manufacturer's fault can be returned within 7 days of receive for delivery.
• All items must be in new condition and with all the original manufacturers' packing.
• Any missing or damaged items will be rejected for return or refund.
• Citiwide will not cover any postage for returned products unless it suffers from manufacture defect.

• The item will be shipped via Express Couriers (DHL/ UPS/ Fedex/ EMS) within 2 business days once payment and address are cleared. The delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
• Due to recent changes to some European countries' Customs, an item sent to these countries may be withhold for up to a month.
• We do combine multiple items but we do not deduct the shipping cost.
• If the package was returned due to refusal to pay import tax for shipment by the buyer or unsuccessful delivery (For example, insufficient address information, no such receiver), we will charge you the both ways shipping cost and 5% handling fee.
• We cannot be held responsible for late delivery parcel due to circumstances such as traffic congestion, adverse weather, acts of god custom inspection, etc.

• Please leave your phone number and any requirement in Paypal's customer note in order to shorten the purchase process.
  
• Our Couriers (DHL / FEDEX / UPS) are unable to deliver to PO Box. Please update the shipping address in Paypal to a physical address.

• All products sold on Citiwide is brand new, never been used and not refurbished.
• We reserve the right to cancel order/bid if the buyer has negative/zero feedbacks.
• Random color will be chosen for you if no email / message is received from you after 24 hours of your order date.
• All technical specifications are taken from the original manufacturer's manual or website. They are subject to change without notice.

• The item may be subjected to custom tax / import duties, etc when it enters your country. These fees will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Citiwide will NOT effort any country tax (VAT) / brokerage charges.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivery freight company or when you pick the item up
  - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• Charges may apply if a delivery is rejected and sent back to our office.
