Payment

Paypal - We have been sellers on Ebay since 2004. We are Paypal verified and will ONLY ship to an address that is confirmed by Paypal. No surcharge is applied.

Cheque - We accept cheque payments from within the UK. Please allow upto 5 working days for funds to clear into our account.

Bank Transfer - To our UK registered business account (Gadgetz Direct Ltd). This is our preferred method of payment and no surcharge will be applied. For customers outside of the UK, we can supply you with IBAN/Swift (Bic) Code

Cash On Collection - We accept this form of payment however please check individual item for further details on this OR please email us for further details. (gadgetz99@googlemail.com)

Shipping

We will ship your item to the following destinations:

Within the United Kingdom (excluding Juersey) , European Union, Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia. If you are located in the Middle/far East, please email us prior to bidding/buying.

The following is a guide of our typical delivery time :

- Within the U.K -2-3 working days once the funds have cleared.

- Europe - within 3-4 working days once the funds have cleared.

- Rest of the World - 4-5 working days once the funds have cleared.

We can offer postal insurance for your item(s) however please notify us of this so we can quote you the best price. As a guide, you are likely to pay an extra 4GBP to cover your item(s) if you choose this option.

Please note, we do not ship to Indonesia and Taiwan.

Terms of Sale

Please take note of the following rules for both you and us..

- We only sell GENUINE products. Our items come direct from the manufacturer and come with a 1 year Warranty which is valid from the date of sale.

 - We aim to offer the BEST service possible and communication is key to us. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, you should EMAIL us in the first instance to notify us of your query (gadgetz99@googlemail.com). Please do NOT proceed to leave neutral or negative feedback on Ebay. Between us BOTH, there is always a solution!

- Once payment has cleared (after whichever way you choose to pay) we shall confirm this back to you via email/phone and we shall proceed to ship your item(s) to your choosen address.

- All payments must be received within 48 hours of bidding/buying. If there is no communication from the buyer within this time period, then we reserve the right to re list the item and NOTIFY Ebay of your actions so they can take apprpriate action. Please DO NOT bid/buy on an item if you have no intention to go through with the sale.

- If you live in the EU, you will not be liable for import/taxes. For customers outside of this region, please check with your local customs office of any applicable charges when item arrives there. We will not be liable for any additional charges though we will help you minimise these as much as possible.

- Service and Warranty Information - All our products come with a 12 month warranty which is through gadgetz Direct Ltd. Should your item,during this time, suffer any manufacturer defects then we will take the hassle away from YOU the customer and ensure the item is repaired or at the last resort, replaced.

- We are a UK based company and will ship your purchse from the UK. However, as we have trading partners overseas and if your item is out of stock in our UK depot, we reserve the right to ship the item from one of our other locations (either the UK or non EU location)

- We always try and accomodate our customers needs so if you have any SPECIAL requirments regarding your sale, just ask!
