Shipping & Handling
After payment is cleared, the item(s) will be shipped to you directly from our Hong Kong office within 1-2 working days. Also, tracking number will be provided for those sending via Courier or Registered Airmail. From our experience, the followings are the estimated delivery times for most of the countries:
Courier:
- Central London: 2-4 working days
- Rest of the UK: 3-5 working days
- Australia: 2-5 working days
- Europe and other countries: 3-7 working days
Registered Airmail: 5-10 working days* Regular Airmail: 5-10 working days*
We offer Courier Upgrade for those sending via Registered Airmail/Airmail. Contact us for detail.
*Note: For some countries, it may take a longer time to deliver. Occasionally, airmail may take 2-4 weeks, so please be patient.
Import Duty and Tax
All the items will be shipped from our Hong Kong office. When the item enters to your country, it may be subjected to customs import tax/VAT. We have no control whether the customs would ask for the import duty and tax, however, we will do our best to minimize your exposure to it. From our past experience, nearly all of our customers pay no tax/VAT. Though we still ask our customer to note this factor while making a purchase. In case, your item is chosen for random check, please do contact us and we will assist on the customs clearance.
Warranty
Unlike some other sellers who do not provide warranty, we provide 1-year store warranty for all our selling items, except filters and accessories (e.g. camera bag, batteries, remote controllers, lens cap, etc.), which only valid for 90-day. Items that need service must be returned to us. Our warranty covers only manufacturer defects. As usual, you are solely responsible for the return postage and insurance, and we will take care of the outbound shipment. Please contact us before sending items back for service. |

Return Policy
We will only provide exchange if the item is found to be a manufacturer defect within 10 days of delivery. You are required to return full package content for the exchange (including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the item). You are solely responsible for the return postage and insurance, and we will take care of the outbound shipment. There is no refund or exchange for another product if you change your mind. Please contact us before returning it back.
