RETURNS
By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 7 days from receipt of goods in which you can change your mind.  This is not a "try before you buy period".  All sealed items must be returned unopened and fit for sale as new.  If they are not, a charge may be made for loss of resalable value.

MONTH SWAP-OUT PERIOD
If a product becomes faulty in the first month of ownership, subject to availability, we will swap it for a new item. Due to the complexity of some products we may request you contact the manufacturers technical support line to confirm it is faulty.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
If your product develops a fault in the following 11 months of ownership it is repaired under the manufacturer's 12 month warranty.  This will involve you returning the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.  You will also need to supply proof of the purchase.

The guarantee may become void if the product has been impacted, dropped, affected by liquids, sand or moisture, tampered with of affected by chemical/battery corrosion or leakage.
