Express Processing are based in the UK shipping from the UK using dedicated e-fulfilment processing for fast despatch of ordered product. Paid and cleared orders prior to 9am are shipped same Monday-Friday. • Payment is required for your auction win/purchase within 10 days from the end of the auction.

  • Personal Cheque's (UK Bank only - no US Dollars please)

Payments are made via Market Works using the payment selection of your choice, shipping will be combined at this point using the system for multi purchases/win's - using Market Works will speed-up your order processing, however if you prefer to manually pay for your auction this may slow down fulfilment of your order, we do not offer combined postage for items not paid by Market Works.

Please contact us directly quoting your item number if you require returns for any item (Please do not return without obtaining a returns number from our eBay team). We will issue you with returns authorisation directly for items which are faulty or damaged. Items which are returned not required will have processing and packing costs deducted prior to refund providing they are returned with returns authorisation within 7 working days of your purchase delivery date, after which we do not accept returns. Processing and packing charges are applicable to the amount charged, where the item has been shipped using our FREE shipping items, the equivalent actual cost equating to 35% of the value of the transaction will be deducted prior to refund to cover our costs. • All auctions to be paid and cleared within 10 days.
• For combination shipping on items please use our checkout, payment manually is a full shipping rate, items must be checked out  at the same time for combined shipping.
• NPB's will be issued at 14 days and items will be re-auctioned, NPB's will not be removed.
• Insurance is optional on all our auctions at £1.25 per item, we have a strict procedure for lost items in association with the Royal Mai, if required this should be arranged prior to shipping with ourselves directly.
• Items can be shipped without insurance, you should be aware that item's mailed are mailed on your behalf and should they become lost or stolen this is not our responsibility.
• All our auctions include VAT at selling price, we disclose this on our commercial invoices, we do not offer TAX Free export.
• Returns can only be accepted by prior returns authorisation arrange, items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted, please email or ask seller a question should you have the need to return any item.
• Your right to cancel: If you are a consumer (not a business or trading as a business) and you buy at a fixed price (as opposed to buying in auction), you have a legal right to cancel your sales contract with us. You can do this at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. To cancel please contact us in writing or by e-mail. You will need to return the goods to us at your own expense [Please request a returns number & returns authorisation in writing before you do so, items without an RMA number will be rejected and returned back to sender] no shipping costs will be refunded for either the return cost or the initial cost of sending the item to yourself, where FREE shipping was indicated, the actual cost of the shipping & distribution will be deducted prior to refunding the item(s) you are returning under cancellation as we make this clear before your purchase under DSR regulations.
• Your right to cancel:- If you are business you have no right to cancel any order once delivered, should the item be faulty the item can be returned under our usual warranty where stated, items can not be returned for refund but can be returned for exchange where agreed directly in writing. In all circumstances, you should email or write to obtain returns authorisation.
• Payments for auctions should be made via our checkout system, Marketworks, a secure Ebay approved environment. We can accept payments outside by prior arrangement details will be emailed, we can NOT under any circumstances combine shipping for multiple items when making payment manually.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping on units and insurance there of. In certain circumstances where an item is at fault or incorrectly shipped we may request a receipt for postage used to return the unit, this is at the discretion of Express Processing only all decisions are final.
• Our services are MAIL ORDER ONLY, we have no counter sales facilities, we do not allow personal collection from our warehouses.
