Payment options:

We do not accept personal cheque, money order or bank draft.  No exceptions please.

Payment must be made within 7 working days upon the close of the auction or seller has the option to re-list the item and negative feedback will be given to the bidder.

Exchange / Refund:

We can only provide exchange if an item is found to be defective.  In such case, you must return to us the complete package contents without any alterations or visible damage within 30-day for exchange (counting from our shipment date).  You are solely responsible for shipping and insurance of the item to us.  However, we'll paid outbound shipment for the exchange.  There is no refund or exchange for another item if you change your mind.  Note: all item serial numbers will be logged by us against possible exchange for defects.
