The markings on the charger reads:

Input: 220V AC 50-60Hz

Output: D.C. 200V 5.6mA

I have measured the actual DC output using a multimeter and it is about 250 volts DC. The length of the cables is about 75 inches (1.9m) for the AC lead, and about 134 inches (3.4m) for the DC lead. The AC plug is European type (not UK plug).

The item is sold as is and as seen. A photo is worth more than a thousand words - I have posted lots of photos instead of making a lengthy description (will only mention noteworthy points in the description). Please examine the photos - what you see is what you will get.
