Faulty/broken goods: Full purchase price including outward P&P, but not return P&P. Any faults or breakages must be reported to us through eBay messaging within 2 days of receipt and all returns must be received back to us within 14 days of receipt please. Upon safe receipt back to us we will check the items and issue a refund usually within 48 hours of receipt.
