• Transactions will be paid within two weeks of auction ending date or you (buyer) forfeit your transaction and I (seller) am then authorized to relist the item(s) at my discretion.
• I (seller) agree to have your item shipped within 48 hours after recieving a transaction's cleared payment (excludes Sundays). If a transaction is not shipped within this time, then I agree to refund your shipping costs.
• You (buyer) agree that NO NEGITIVE FEEDBACK will be left. Your feedback will be recieved once feedback is left.
• You (buyer) agree to leave only five (5) star Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR). If ANY part of your transaction is NOT to your satisfaction, then please notify me.
• Shipping costs are non-negotiable. You may request a shipping cost review.
• I (seller) am not responsible for how your package is handled, or when it will arrive. All transactions are shipped with tracking information. If you (buyer) are concerned about package handling, then please purchase shipping insurance.
• I (seller) am not responsible for an incorrect mailing address. All postage is printed and addresses are not changed unless you (buyer) request a change.
• We (seller and buyer) both agree that all terms and conditions herein supercede, and take precedence over any and all Ebay and Paypal terms, conditions, policies, updates, etc.
• Condition terms apply as follows:

1. Standard Items: Any major defects and/or damage will be noted.
2. Glassware And Fragile Items: Insurance is required.
3. Electronics: All electronics are tested before being listed. Due to the nature of electronic items, no returns will be accepted unless you (buyer) purchase shipping insurance.
4. Comics And Paper Products: I will list a grading condition (when applicable). Considering the variation of grading from person to person, no grading is guaranteed. I do guarantee that all paper products will be shipped securely and recieved in the same condition as pictured.
