Camera "Kiev 30" 

It is a subminiature pocket non-rangefinder camera for 16-mm film, with the frame size measuring 13x17 mm, f/3.5/23 mm lens "Industar-M", 4 lenses in 3 elements, 50° angular
field of view. Diaphragm setting ranges from 3.5 to 11. Focusing is effected from "infinity" to 0.5 m by the entire lens with the help of a distance scale. The field of shot taken at a distance of 0.5 m covers approximately 25 x 33 cm.
The camera has a special aperture shutter with speeds of 1/30, 1/60 and 1/200s, and "X" synchronization. Exposure parameters are set by hand against appropriate symbols.
It has a frame-type view-finder. Film transport and shutter winding are coupled together and effected at a time due to a mutual displacement of the body relative to the cover-housing. The exposure counter has manual setting of the first frame. A special two-section cassette of the "Minolta-16" type is designed for 25 exposured and requires no film rewinding.
When closed, the camera measures 28 x 46 x 86 mm.
