DESCRIPTION

The image is printed on each side of the mug, forming a complete wrap. The Slogan can be changed.

All our mugs are 10oz, straight sided and 100% DISHWASHER SAFE. Our mugs have been successfully tested using Finish Powerball dishwasher tablets (beware inferior quality mugs available on Ebay which advise handwashing only!)

We fire the image into the glazing of the mug using a high tech process, which gives a smooth finish that will not crack or peel, and a bright, eyecatching image with a brilliant finish.

HOW TO PERSONALISE

Personalised ,mugs have the image on one side with your message, name or alternative image on the reverse.

If you require personalisation please let us know at time of purchase, or your mug may be sent unpersonalised (we cannot refund in this circumstance!). Please enter your message in the 'Message to Seller section in Paypal or include it with your cheque/postal order. Images can be sent to sales@gift-ideas-uk.com.'

 

DELIVERY

All our mugs are sent in a strong styrene box to prevent damage in the post.

Our Shop Policy is to dispatch within three working days. However, we strive to dispatch by the next working day where possible.

We cannot be held liable for losses or breakages in th Post, but will assist in every way to recover losses from the Post Office.

RETURNS POLICY

We will accept returns within seven working days on all UNPERSONALISED items. We will replace or refund unbroken items (we cannot refund postal charges).

Personalised items can be refunded or exchanged only in a case of error on our part.
