Returns
Unwanted Items
Items returned with all packaging in as new condition will be given a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please call 0115 824 2020 for a returns number. The items remain your responsibility until we receive them so you please make sure that you use an insured delivery service. Alternatively, we can arrange collection with our courier, although this service is chargeable.
Note that once software has been opened it cannot be returned for copyright reasons, so please check system requirements carefully before purchase.
Faulty Items
If you are unlucky enough to receive an item that is faulty straight out of the box it will be replaced. Please call 0115 824 2020 to arrange a return.
Items that become faulty within the warranty period will be repaired - again call to arrange.
