Shipping and Packing - Please Read

All shipping rates are fixed with no add-ons or surcharges. All our buyers may choose between airmail or surface mail, with standard or enhanced compensation. Any items which become lost or damaged in transit will be the subject of a claim for compensation against the Royal Mail. The level of compensation for standard Airmail and First Class service is £34.00 (including the cost of postage). For items where insurance for higher value is required, customers will have the option of Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' to inland addresses, or 'International Signed For' with enhanced compensation to addresses overseas. Where the level of chosen insurance cover is less than the value of goods, the risk will rest with the buyer.

Combined Orders and Shipping Cost Discount

Whenever reasonably practicable, we will combine orders for shipping. When payment for multiple orders made by one PayPal transaction or one cheque, then there will be a discount applied to the shipping cost. This is usually calculated at the rate of  50% of the cost of the lower charge. If the buyer receives an invoice for a single item, but has the intention of bidding or buying further items, please keep us informed of your intentions and wait to receive a combined invoice. We will be pleased to defer payment of outstanding invoices for up to 3 days to accommodate potential subsequent purchases.

Returns

Goods may be returned if the buyer is not entirely satisfied with their purchase, except where there has been damage in transit- please see above. A refund of the purchase price will be made if items are received within the specified time period, complete, and in the condition in which they were dispatched. It will be the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are received safely at our address within 14 days of the date of original posting from inland addresses, or within 21 days of the date of original posting from overseas.

Payment

We accept cheques denominated in GBP Sterling and drawn on a UK bank account, PayPal, and GBP Sterling Money Orders.
