We are delighted to introduce the NEW IMPROVED 2009 model of the Caddiemaster Electric Golf Trolley.  The trolley has been redesigned by improving the folding dimensions, new puncture proof wheels, stronger nylon brackets and a new 'click lock' folding mechanism.  The ONLY trolley in the Caddiemaster range it is renowned for its’ high-quality engineering and tried and tested design functionality allowing you to focus on your game.  It glides smoothly along and is powered by a compact 28 Ah battery.  The trolley is manufactured using a strong aluminium alloy frame and is completely rustless.

The Caddiemaster is supplied with a comprehensive user manual and operating the trolley is very simple - just unfold the trolley, attach the wheels, charge the battery, turn on the power switch and you are ready to go.

We make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of the very highest quality. We have worked with the manufacturers to continually improve the quality and reliability of the products we offer. Many of the products now come with easy to fit replacement parts.

• Unless specified otherwise in the item description the warranty is for 12 months parts and labour.   Should a problem arise with your trolley please contact our customer care centre during this period and in most cases we resolve the problem by sending replacement parts by mail.
  If required the buyer may return at their own cost the faulty item to us for repair.  We would then fix/replace the item and deliver it back to the buyer.  If we find no problem with the trolley then the buyer would need to pay the delivery charge again. 
• The batteries are supplied with a life expectancy of between 6 - 12 months.  During the first 6 months we will replace the battery free of charge, followed by a replacement for the payment of the postage during the next 6 months. This is due to the many factors that influence the ability for a battery to hold its charge, for instance, storage conditions and temperature, how and when the battery is charged, how many times the battery is used and the type of course on which the battery is used.
• We usually have every spare part available for the Caddiemaster range to ensure you have total peace of mind.
• If you encounter a problem, please e-mail customercare@caddiemaster.co.uk .  We will respond to e mails within 48 hours.  
• Please note that the Warranty covers component failure, and not wear and tear. Some items may be required, to be returned for inspection, prior to spares being issued.
• If you are unhappy with the trolley upon delivery you must contact us within 48 hours.  You will be expected to return the trolley within 7 days of receipt at your own expense where a refund will be provided as long as the goods are returned in the same condition as despatch.  Please read our feedback before you buy.
• Please retain the packaging until you are happy with the goods.

If your product is more than 12 months old, and it develops a fault, please contact us and we shall diagnose the fault and provide a quote to rectify the problem.
