    Postage

    AudioSpares aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving your order and cleared payment.

    The standard service used will depend on the weight, size and value of your order. The standard method of shipping for any item will usually be stated in the P&P section of the listing. All orders can be upgraded to an insured and tracked service by taking the optional Insurance.
    Royal Mail

    Royal Mail - First Class/Airmail

    United Kingdom orders sent via Royal Mail First Class or Recorded "Signed For" usually arrive within two working days to most UK mainland addresses. However, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times or provide tracking of either service and your order may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider First Class mail to be missing or delayed until 15 working days after dispatch so we are unable to investigate claims for late or lost mail within this time.
    Airmail

    International orders sent via Airmail usually arrive in the destination country within a few days but additional time should be allowed for customs clearance and handling by local carriers. Typical delivery times are approximately 5-10 working days within Europe and 10-15 working days for most other countries but Airmail does not offer tracking or guaranteed delivery times and may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider Airmail to be missing or delayed until 25 working days after dispatch so we are unable to investigate claims for late or lost mail within this time.

    The above services are not tracked and we are unable to trace or investigate delayed or missing orders within the times shown above unless the optional Insurance is taken when the order is placed. Compensation for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit may be subject to a claim against the carrier.

    Please verify the delivery address and telephone number on your order and advise us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if either is missing or incorrect to prevent any delay in delivery of your order. If you are unable to inspect goods before signing please write "UNCHECKED" when signing for your parcel. All damages should be pointed out to the delivery driver and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of a problem with delivery please contact us via e-mail as quickly as possible; our ability to track the delivery and claims for compensation for delayed or missing goods may be affected unless we are notified within 10 days of dispatch.

    United Kingdom courier pricing is valid for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. Please contact us with your Post Code for a quote for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and all other non-mainland addresses.

    If the carrier is unable to deliver they may leave a card or contact you via telephone and your parcel will normally be returned to a local depot or sorting office, awaiting collection or redelivery instructions. Most carriers will keep parcels for a short time to allow you to arrange redelivery or collection before returning them to us. Parcels returned to us undelivered/uncollected may incur a re-delivery charge.

    Insurance

    Insured shipments are sent via a guaranteed service providing tracking and insurance. These services often get priority handling by carriers and may be delivered faster than standard mail services. If you would like to take advantage of this service for guaranteed or insured delivery please simply add the additional cost for insurance to your order when paying.
