This is our privately owned apartment, this is our actual apartment in the picture (taken in Oct 05) ideal for families as Ground Floor with only a small step from our private patio to the pool area, which is only a few steps away.  Very safe as we have a 3 year old ourselves.  We recently had a small fence and gate installed (can email pics), for that extra piece of mind.
