Once the returned goods are inspected, we will offer you an Exchange either for the same product if faulty or any other product you choose from our store with the same value or alternatively, if you prefer, a Full Refund will be issued. We will accept only one Exchange per transaction. If the returned goods are found to be used in any way, then we will deduct 40% of the total value since we will be unable to sell it on as New Goods.
