All make-up items are dispatched on same day or within 2 days except on weekends or bank holidays and all items are posted first class for UK orders unless otherwise stated on advert. Please allow up to 7 days UK or 14 days overseas before contacting us about non-delivery. If you receive damaged or faulty goods please keep these together with the packaging and contact us immediately for guidance which in any event must be undertaken within 3 days of Terms of Sale of receipt of goods. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive now incorporated in UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, private persons (not businesses) have the right to cancel any purchase within 14 working days where they do not meet the vendor and receive a full refund within 30 days.
