Refunds Policy We will only refund on goods which are described incorrectly or are faulty. If any items are faulty or not as described please contact us for before posting back. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings.
Shipping: We will email you to let you know when your parcel has been posted; we will do our best to ship parcels within 48 hours (please note: No items will be dispatched Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays). We only ship parcels recorded delivery, as this is a more secure way.(Please note that for UK postage, jewellery is only insured if you pay for special delivery as the Royal Mail does not offer compensation on jewellery sent via 1st class recorded delivery) Please note that we cannot be held responsible once the parcel has been dispatched, should there be any problems please do not hesitate in contacting us and we will do our best to trace the parcel with you! |
