We will only refund on goods which are described incorrectly or are faulty. If any items are faulty or not as described please contact us for before posting back. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings.
Shipping: We will email you to let you know when your parcel has been posted; we will do our best to ship parcels within 48 hours (please note: No items will be dispatched Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays).
