POSTAGE/SHIPPING

We post every day Monday - Friday.

Orders received before 4.00pm will be dispatched the same day

(Monday - Thursday)

2.00pm on Fridays.

All orders are sent first class using protective packaging.

NON RECEIPT OF ITEMS

Please allow 14 days before contacting us for non receipt,

as the post office will not accept a claim before this time.

from the manufacturer to ourselves.

We cut out the middle man to save you money!

We advise that you sterilize all items prior to insertion.

All bars/shafts/ball ends are 316l surgical steel,

unless otherwise specified.

Castings, Dangles, etc are Rhodium Plated over

Brass, Copper or Alloy

unless otherwise specified.

 

We will not be held responsible for any injury/infection

sustained by the use/misuse of any of our products.
