We guarantee to dispatch within 2 working days from date of payment - Royal Mail can take anything from 1-10 working days.  If you would like goods to be sent 1st class or special delivery please request a price.

We do not accept responsibility for non delivery of items to the EU or ROW unless sent guaranteed signed for delivery.   Please request the shipping cost stating regular or signed for postage before making your purchase.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Whilst we hope you will not need to return any purchases, in the event that you are unhappy with the product it can be returned for a refund or exchange.   We will not make any refunds on postage/carriage costs unless goods are faulty, this is how we are able to keep our postage charges low. Returned items must be in the condition as sold, with all labelling/packaging.
