it is always an advantage to let us know a telephone number in case of delivery problems our couriers always ring if there is a problem with finding an address, it delays delivery when we cannot give a number.

if an item is returned to us by the post office or couriers due to a card being left & not collected or delivery arranged there will be a redelivery charge before we can dispatch the parcel a second time.
