Paypal is our preferred payment and is expected within 7 days after end of auction. If payment is not made within those 7 days, a dispute will automatically be filed with ebay. Ebay notifies us when items are eligible for a dispute and will process that for us. Please do not take this personally. We deal with hundreds of emails and phone calls per week. Ebay automatically tracks who does not pay within those 7 days and informs us that it is time to send an unpaid item reminder. This is done automatically.
Shipping methods include USPS Standard/Priority Mail/Media Mail, as well as UPS on larger items. Contact us for shipping price for International Priority Mail if your country is not listed. Insurance is included on all items via our Handling Fee, including International.
If there is a breakage during shipment, please email us immediately so we can file a claim and return your money.
We usually ship within 1-5 business days after receiving cleared payment. If you require a faster shipping time you absolutely must contact us via telephone to make arrangements as emails are not always a reliable contact method.
