Shipping & Cost

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders are dispatched the next working day (excluding bank holidays) after cleared payment being received.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of cleared payment.
We use Parcelforce for bigger orders and smaller orders are shipped by the Royal mail.
Additional postage to the following areas:

IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH19-44, 49-50, PA20-88 and all addresses in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White,Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands. Are subject to surcharge and delay. 
Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be SUBSTANTIAL for delivery to any of the areas listed above. If in doubt then PLEASE GET A QUOTE before purchasing an item (email with your postcode, item number and product name).

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item within 14days. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us after the 14 day of purchase.
If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Faulty items that cannot be sent via Royal Mail we will arrange collection using our courier.
Unwanted items must be sent back to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item only.
