When you purchase from a distance on-line or by email (without having seen the goods at all) you have a statutory right to a 7 day "cooling off" period from delivery date when you can return the goods to us. You can return the goods to us and we will process a refund (excluding all delivery costs). The item must be returned to us safely within 7 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you i.e. in the original packaging, new, unused, unmarked etc. at your own expense. Alternatively, if you wish to have the items collected by our own vehicle we will be happy to arrange this at a cost. Any items showing signs of damage, wear & tear or mishandling will not be accepted by us. No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer, neither will they be given for any goods damaged due to incorrect handling or storage or due to any misuse by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY: You can return your item within 7 days of receiving the goods providing it has ot been assembled and must be returned in its original packaging - no exceptions.
Buyer is responsible for the return cost.You must contact us via contact seller on item to explain why you want to return your item.
Buyer also agrees to pay 20% restocking fee.
DAMAGES: before you sign for your item in "good condition" please check the packaging fully for any signs of damage - rips or tears, even if it only looks minor; sign for the goods as "damaged". If the box is not damaged and after unpacking and checking your goods they are found to be damaged you must inform us within 7 days with pictures and written details of the damage. If your item arrives damaged it is at our discretion to replace only the damaged part/s or to completely exchange the item, this is done at our expense. We must have written conformation via email to process any claim within 7 days of receipt, after this time it is at our discretion to send replacement parts at the buyers expense. |
