Answers to often asked questions;
1) We never end auctions early, all auctions will run to their end.
2) All the forms of payment we take are listed, we do not offer any other.
3) We do not work weekends, and emails are not normally answered at weekends and on bank holidays. Often our auctions finish Friday/Saturday/Sunday, emails and invoices will be sent on the monday (except bank holidays).
4) Due to number of auctions we run on andrewclarkmodels and andrewclarkmodels2 we do not have time to provide extra photo's, we always do our best to supply plenty of clear pictures in each auction.
5) We do combine post costs, and will always be fair with our post costs, but in the interest of both parties, all parcels above £50 in the U.K. have to be sent Special Delivery and Signed for aboard. ALL PARCELS TO ITALY HAVE TO BE SENT SIGNED FOR. All postage costs are detailed above, and cover all destinations in the world.
6) We take care in packing, using newly made boxes and use good quality tissue and bubble packing, all included in the post costs. No old cereal boxes or jiffy bags from us!
