Your eBay invoice for postage will be adjusted before payment is requested. CORALS/INVERTABRATES are packed in insulated recycled packaging with a 30 hour heat pack according to weather conditions and animals requirements. All livestock is sent via royal mail next day before 1pm special delivery. A person will have to sign for package on delivery and an email will be sent regarding dispatch day etc.  This is usually either Tuesdays or Wednesdays for a Wednesday or Thursday delivery.

We always pack with care and close attention to detail and the animal’s requirements, but in the unfortunate event that your purchase(s) should arrive dead, you must immediately- within 4 hours-email me with an attached clear photograph of the said animal(s) and a description of the problem. You should include your contact telephone number also.  You may be asked to return the animal less water at your postage cost for a full refund; however postage is never under any circumstances refundable from our end.  We do not make profits on postage.  Alternatively, on your next order (nb* we never send replacements on there own) we may offer you a replacement free of charge or alternative, as all animals are unique and not always available.  We will always try to resolve any problems should they arise, so please be patient- our feedback score is important to us.  Lastly – sending livestock through the post is never ideal and one should accept this prior to purchase, but so far, we have not had any problems in our trials that have taken place with royal mail next day special delivery.  Please feel confident that we make every effort to deliver you fantastic well priced healthy animals  arrived in good order.
