Warranty/Returns
 
We only purchase from manufacturers official distributors.
Unless specifically stated, our products are brand new, UK specification and will be covered under the terms of manufacturers warranty (please keep your VAT receipt as proof of purchase).
Should your purchase be "dead on arrival" or become faulty within 28 days of purchase we will happily exchange or refund. After this time, the customer will need to claim under the terms of the Manufacturers warranty. But we are more than happy to assist you if necessary.

Security
 
We take the security of your products very seriously. High value items are exclusively shipped royal mail special delivery, which has proven to be the most secure method possible and insured up to £500.
Lower value items are sent either recorded delivery, or "proof of shipping" certificates obtained.
 
We also take measures to prevent any fraudulent transactions:
  • Paypal transactions over a value of £50 will only be accepted if your shipping address is confirmed. If the address is unconfirmed, we will refund the transaction. Apologies but we have been subject to several fraudulent transactions via paypal. If you are based in ROI or outside the UK, Paypal will not allow you address to be confirmed. We can however accept debit/credit cards.
  • All product serial numbers of products are logged
  • Credit card transactions are verified with the issuer and items will only be sent to the billing address of the card.

For items above £50 or required urgently, we offer Royal mail special delivery. Insured up to £500 and guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.
 
For overseas shipments, Royal mail International signed for (insured accordingly) is used for higher priced items. Royal Mail small packet for lower value sales.
