Shipping

All deliveries are made through the reputed couriers Royalmail and Parcelforce.

Royal Mail is an excellent deliver service, 99% of our items are received next day (please read our feedback). The many of our items are too large for your letterbox – if you’re not in when the postman calls for your item will be returned to the sorting office.

NOT ALL POSTMEN LEAVE CARDS!

We are happy to resend any lost item, but we ask that please you contact your local sorting office first to check it’s not been left there – 95% of our missing parcels are left in sorting offices!

If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact us within 24hours of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item.

For unwanted items, we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out carriage costs (Standard handling charge is 20%). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or removed from packaging and/or is not suitable for re-sale. For items of furniture etc that have been assembled or partly assembled, we are unable to accept returns.

For all other returns the refund will be for the value of the item excluding postage costs.
