For silk lovers everywhere, I am proud to offer this fabulous flouncy short half slip. It's one of several new designs - see my other listings for different colours and styles!

In glistening lilac, it is made from sumptuous heavyweight pure silk satin - not that silk is heavy of course, but the fabric has more threads per square inch, for an ultra-lush feel and superior drape. It's trimmed with the most beautiful embroidered lace, in matching shades of pink and lilac.

The slip has a neat, double-fanned waistband and it's just 17" long - a real mini! The lace flounce is 6" deep and gently gathered so it drapes perfectly. And the lace is exquisite! The reseau is a sheer, soft, fine mesh and the exotic blooms and edges are worked in shiny silky threads, to give a pleasing raised texture. There are actually three colours in the embroidery - lilac, rose pink and pale pink, and the top is turned over to form an extra, shorter flounce on top - just gorgeous!

Size notes: labelled 2X, the slip will fit most Extra Large and XXL sizes. The waist stretches from about 28-42" and the hips are 44". It's brand new with full tags.

A stunning slip - soft, sensual and extremely desirable! The lace is far too pretty to hide, but the slip is not see-through, so you could always wear it as a party skirt.... Highly recommended.
