The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders which are processed by Chase Express either online or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. Please print a copy for your future reference. Your use of this eBay site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 


Terms of sale 


After you submit an order we will give you an 'Order Reference' and details of the products you have ordered. These will be sent by e-mail as an acknowledgement but this is not an acceptance of your order. 


Acceptance of your order and the creation of a binding contract between us will only occur after we have received full payment from you and confirmed that your order has been accepted. We will do this in a second e-mail. This will also contain details of how we intend to deliver the products to you. 


When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes we will transfer your information to a third party for final verification. 


Products 


Product images, descriptions and specifications contained on the eBay website are intended for guidance only. The exact specification of products or accessories may vary. Some products may require you to set them up, assemble or tune them. 


Complaints 


Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied should be made using the contact methods below. All complaints will be responded to within 48hrs (during the working week).

Your Rights to Cancel 


You have the right to cancel and return any products if they are faulty or defective and most other products ordered from Chase Express. The right to cancellation does not apply to: 

(i) Products that have been ordered to your specification or personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned;

(ii) Products that are pre-recorded audio or videotapes, DVDs, CDs Minidiscs or computer software; 

(iii) Products where there is a contract for a service which you have begun to use (for example, without limitation, mobile phones). 

(iv) Products which involve food preparation and have been used.


If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must tell us in writing within fourteen working days following delivery of such products. Any notifications must be sent either:

You can only cancel and return products if you have not used them and if they are in their original 'as new' condition with all packaging, accessories and any free gifts that may have been given as part of the order. 


Please also note that when returning items, all products must be complete in the original packaging and all cases be placed into an outer box. 


Unless you are returning the products because they were defective or faulty you are responsible for meeting the cost of delivering or collecting any such products. You must take reasonable care of any goods to be returned and either return them to Chase Express or make them available for collection. 


If you exercise your right to cancellation we will reimburse you the price you paid for the product only (where the purchase did not qualify for free delivery) but less any costs we incur recovering the products from you. Reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days from the date you told us of your wish to cancel. 


Missing Items 


Please notify Chase Express within 7 working days if you have any missing items from your order. We are unable to supply any replacement items if we are not contacted either via phone or email within this period. 


Risk and Title 


Risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery. Title to the products shall pass to you on payment in full (in cash or cleared funds). If any products are delivered to you before payment has been made you must hold such products as bailee for Chase Express until we have received payment in full of all money owed by you.


Personal Data 


Any personal information we collect from you will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. 


Your personal details and other data relating to your use of the eBay Website will be recorded by us but this information will not be disclosed to third parties nor used for any purpose unrelated to the website without your consent. 


You consent to us using and passing on to relevant third parties any personal information in the following circumstances: 

(i) where it is necessary to process your order;

(ii) for the purpose of verifying your identity and for credit and fraud prevention; 

(iii) for statistical analysis or internal marketing purposes; and 

(iv) if we were to sell the business of Chase Express or any part of it.
