CONTOUR PAYPHONE - BATTERY REPLACEMENT SERVICE.

If the display has gone blank & your Contour payphone no longer works don't do as BT suggest 'throw it away', send it to us to repair.
 
What you get:-  We  replace the old lithium-ion on-board battery with a new one, test the unit and return it to you with it's pin number (in case you don't have it).
 
What you need to do:-
 
1) Detach the front of the phone from the rear case & remove the handset.
 
2) Send the front panel only, by secure post (we recommend Special Delivery or Courier) to us with at least one KEY. We cannot test the unit without the key. Our address and contact details are below this item description.
 
3) After you do a 'Buy it now' make payment by Paypal or advise us if you want to pay by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash etc. by completing checkout.
 
4) When we receive the phone we will advise if it has other faults besides requiring a new battery.
 
5) We'll return the payphone to you with a new battery iinstalledand a note of the default pin number.
 
This service is for battery replacement only. Other faults can be attended to at extra cost.
 

Buyer to pay £9.50 return postage and handling in the UK (Special delivery). Each additional item will be £4.30 to a maximum delivery charge of £13.80


If you order more than one different item, we will work out the correct combined postage for you,
so please disregard the eBay checkout total, which doesn't allow for this.
A VAT receipt will be supplied with the goods.
