Payment

Payment is required within 5 days of purchase, if you have any problems with payment please contact me as soon as possible. I accept Paypal, personal cheque & postal orders. Please note cheque clearance time is 7 working days and this time has to be allowed before purchase will be sent out to you. Cash on delivery or collection is also acceptable.

Shipping

Purchases will be sent out in 1-3 working days after cleared payment. I endeavour to send items by Royal mail post by the next working day for you to receive within the next 3 working days.  Courier collections are normally Monday & Friday so your item will be sent with the collection nearest the time you purchased at busy times a midweek collection is made courier delivery time is 24/48 hour with 96% being delivered the following day (not including weekends).  I always inform you by email once item has been dispatched so you will know approximately when to expect delivery. Courier service will attempt delivery 3 times and leave a card with contact number if they have missed you, after this time if no delivery is made item will be sent back to me. Please contact me with postcode if your address is in Scotland, Ireland or channel islands as sometimes the delivery cost is a little dearer than price stated. Please note i cannot be held responsible for how long an item takes to get to you once it has left my possesion. But I always ask for proof of postage in all instances and will be happy to chase up any item that has not been delivered after 7 days. I can also offer excellent postage discounts for more than one purchase for a total cost of £6.49 if i can fit it all into one parcel.

Terms of Sale

Please contact me as soon as possible after delivery of your purchase if you have any problems or purchase is not to your satisfaction. If in the unfortuante event that your item arrives to you broken or faulty i will be happy to exchange or refund if i cannot offer you a replacement. If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason i will exchange or refund the item only, postage costs (both ways) incurred will not be refunded.  I like to offer all of my customers the best service i can and will always endeavour to rectify any problems you may have and will treat you in a way i would wish to be treated myself.  If i may ask you kindly that if you are not happy with your purchase or service that you contact me as soon as possible and before leaving negative/neutral feedback.
