All our items listed are in stock.Once despatched, if for some reason you do not want the goods,please contact us straight away, and within 3 days of receipt,so we can discuss the return.
Please sign for the goods on receipt as "unchecked" this will help us to establish if the goods were damaged in transit,if this being the reason for your return.
If the goods are being returned because you do not want the goods,they must be returned in their original new condition,unused,with all instructions as supplied,in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition.At your expense.
When sending the goods back to us,please use a method of carriage,were we need to sign for it.Proof of postage, is not proof of delivery,so if we do not receive the goods back,we will not refund you.
Although we might list items as free of charge carriage,we still have to pay for the goods to get to you.This charge can be between £15.00-£20.00,and taken off your refund.We will also charge a restocking fee of £15.00 for goods over the value of £50.00, a lesser amount for goods under £50.00 of value.
On our e-bay listings we would also need to file a mutual agreement with e-bay to cover our selling fees.We will do this as soon as we receive the goods back,once agree with e-bay,your feedback score will not be affected,as long as you agree. |
