CONCERTINA WITH HATCH AND FRAME

An extremely high quality extruded aluminum scissor action loft ladder complete with operating arms and counterbalance mechanism for ease of operation. The strong hatch and frame manufactured from 19mm plywood complete the construction.

Designed for access into small openings in lofts, the concertina provides safe deep treads (80 x 275mm) for easy ascent and descent whilst the complete ladder when retracted sits within the length of the hatch. For floor to ceiling heights up to 2.9m.
