Embarrassing Products is a new brand of Ever Ready Healthcare Limited a long standing and trusted healthcare company which was established in 1993.

Our healthcare products have been selling through our sister company yakety_yak (Power Seller with 900 + feedback) for the last 6 months, whilst  we developed the Embarrassing Products store.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards, Cheque and Postal Orders.


By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.  If an address is unconfirmed further checks need to be made which may result in a delay to delivery and in some cases we may return your payment and ask you to verify your account, or to make payment via credit or debit card.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).  Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 5 business days.



By Credit and Debit Card – We can accept payment over the phone with your credit or debit card. The card holder must be the person making the payment; phones will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address. All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal.  Please contact us via eBay after your purchase to make payment with your credit or debit card.

By Postal Order - Please contact us after purchase for our postal address.  It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.

Delivery

If items are in stock they are dispatched to you within 5 business days of your payment being received.  Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next business day.

UK Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard. – normally 2 - 3 business days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 15 business days from date of dispatch.  We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

P&P Explained

Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp.  To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Buying an item constitutes your acceptance of this.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
