WARRANTY

T2: Goods come with a 7 day warranty unless otherwise stated in the description. Sold as tested and working.

T3: Goods come with no warranty of any kind. Sold as seen from the photo and the description.

Our goods are often second user goods - therefore buyers should expect some minor imperfections i.e. scuffs & scratches

The warranty covers parts and labour only. You will have to pay the return postage initially,
which we will consider refunding if we agree the item is faulty.



VAT IS NOW INCLUDED IN OUR PRICING

All of or auction items including buy it now offers are listed with Vat included in the price. The carriage prices are also vat inclusive

A vat invoice will be sent via email once the auction has ended with the final total owing. A hard copy vat invoice is sent with all items.

If you are a Vat registered business you will still be able to claim the Vat back on any business related purchase

PAYMENT METHODS

Paypal – We send only to the registered paypal address.

Credit card payments via the phone or upon collection (no surcharge is made).

Cheque – we only dispatch goods once the funds are cleared. This will delay your delivery.

Postal orders.

Payment is acceptable upon collection, however we ask that payment or collection is made within 5 days of the auction end.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

MOST POSTAGE CHARGES ARE FOR FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY. WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.

There will be an extra charge for deliveries to: Northern & Southern Ireland and any islands that are part of Scotland & Wales. Also Isle of Wight and Isle of Man and any other off-shore locations. Please email before end of auction if you would like to know the additional costs.

Most deliveries are by courier on a next day service. Deliveries to Ireland and remote locations take 3 to 4 days.
Smaller items are usually delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Service.

Collection is possible Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm. We shut at 4pm on a Friday. We are not open at weekend or bank holidays.

If you have purchased more than one item, delivery costs will be adjusted if we are able to send the items together in one box.
We can often fit up to 40 computers on one pallet.

Large or heavy items are sent by pallet service. This takes up to 48hrs from emailed dispatched notification. You will need to provide a phone number for this service. Small pallets cost approx £46.81 +vat, larger pallets £55.00 +vat. This excludes some parts of Scotland, Cornwall and Ireland, please ask for a quote.

Please report any damaged items or shortages via email within 48hrs of receipt.



WARRANTY REPAIRS & RETURNS

We state in each description the type of warranty with the item. Due to the type of units we work with some might be faulty and being sold for parts, you must check before placing your bid.

If a problem does occur within the warranty period, please contact our office by email. We are happy to assist with technical advice and we always do our best to resolve the situation to avoid the extra cost of returning items to base.

If you still need to return the item you are initially responsible for paying the postage. If a fault is confirmed by our technical team we will repair or replace the item. We will return the item to you at our expense and refund your reasonable additional postage cost.

Our warranties cover hardware problems only. We cannot assist with software problems. If you return an item you must back up your data as we accept no responsibility for any data that my be lost whilst the item is in our possession.

NON PAYING BIDDERS

Please remember that bidding on Ebay is a BINDING CONTRACT. IF YOU DON’T INTEND TO PAY – PLEASE DON’T BID!

We ask you to pay for your item fully within 5 days of the auction closing.
