All instruments are in perfect working order and have been tested prior to despatch. They contain no obvious defects and their appearance is unblemished. If the instrument does not meet this standard or contains a specific manufacturing defect it will be replaced provided it is returned within 7 days of receipt together with a description of the specific problem. Such instruments must be returned in the same perfect condition in which they were despatched, including the packaging. Wilful or accidental damage caused by the customer will not be accepted as valid reason for return. Damage caused in transit must be recorded with the delivering agent at the time of delivery. The customer must report by email any item being considered for return prior to the return of the item.
