    1st class  is cheaper but has no guarantee when item does not turn up, a claim will be started after 3 weeks of item not turning up this can be lengthy process and can be stress-ful for small items no refund until royalmail has paid.
     
    1st class recorded. items can be tracked and has a 28 pounds insurance limit. if item has not turn up after 2 weeks a claim will be started and refund will be given, you will not have to wait for royalmail to refund me (or item will be sent again if thats what you want).

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item ). In all other cases we will not pay for items to be returned.( on return of a defective item it will be decided by magnum_electric if it was a manufacturer  
    fault or the fault of the buying customer only then will we decide to refund your postage cost.
