This is an extremely heavy item hence the high postage costs. If you would like to collect please email me and this can be arranged.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made by Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order.
Paypal is preferred but if you would rather pay by Cheque or postal order please be advised that your items will not be sent out until your cheque is cleared in the bank (this may take up to 7 days).
If payment is made by cheque please make sure that your address and bank card number is written on the back of the cheque.
Immediate Payment is preffered after the Winning Bid but I will allow up to 7 days for payment to be received. If payment has not been made within this time the bid will be cancelled and the item will be relisted for sale.
Your item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day of receiving full payment.

Delivery is charged at the rate listed in the Auction.
If overseas delivery is required please contact me before bidding so that I can confirm overseas charges.

Items Will be Shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Postage 1 day following received full payment. Under normal conditions if an order is received after 1.30 pm it will be proccessed the next business day (Mon - Frid). During Bank Holidays, post may be delayed for up to 36 hours. Delivery days/terms are determined by Royal Mail but normally take no more that 3-5 days to deliver. Most of the time goods are delivered sooner.
Items sent require a signature on delivery so please leave any requirement messages in the "message box" at checkout.
The charge for postage and packaging will be quoted in the description and at the time your order is confirmed and processed.
Charges obviously vary due to weight, size, & quantity of the product.
Please note that some postal codes incur additional charges e.g. Channel Islands, and some parts of Scotland. You will be advised of these at the time of purchase.
Non-Receipt: Once an item has been despatched it is beyond my control for the first 21 days, as until then, Royal Mail considers the package delayed not lost. Delays are very rare but please understand that this is not The Chestnut Mare's fault or any reflection on it's service. If an item has not arrived following 21 days please contact me so that I can rectify the situation. At this time, once non delivery has been confirmed, I will either issue a refund or send a replacement item depending on buyer's preferences and stock levels.
